Job summary

Experis Pty Ltd, part of ManpowerGroup, is hiring a Senior Mobile Developer in Malaysia to deliver native iOS and Android experiences. You’ll work with an Australian-based team on an established mobile product, contributing to new features and improvements across both platforms.

You should be comfortable with Swift and Kotlin, publish-ready apps, and participate in Agile processes within a distributed setup across Australia and Malaysia.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Developer with strong hands‑on experience across both Native iOS and Native Android development to join a growing team based in Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and enhancing existing mobile products, working closely with offshore teams, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a well–established mobile application.

You'll be embedded within an experienced Australian‑based team, collaborating on new features, enhancements, and continuous improvements to a mature mobile application already in production.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and maintaining native mobile applications across both iOS and Android
• Building new features and enhancements for an existing enterprise application
• Working with Swift and Kotlin on a daily basis
• Leveraging native Apple and Android SDK frameworks to deliver high‑quality user experiences
• Collaborating with developers, product owners, and stakeholders across Australia and Malaysia
• Participating in Agile delivery processes and working from Jira stories and tickets
• Reviewing code, contributing technical ideas, and maintaining development best practices
• Supporting application releases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store

What we're looking for

• Strong understanding of Apple and Android SDK frameworks
• Experience publishing and maintaining applications through app stores
• Ability to work comfortably across both platforms, ideally with a 50/50 split between iOS and Android development
• Experience working within Agile teams and managing work through Jira
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a senior developer mindset
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with distributed teams
