Job summary

Bunge in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Sr Analyst, HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR operations, partner with managers and employees, and deliver practical people solutions. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, payroll processing, and compliance with local laws.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing HR generalist and hands-on payroll coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing industry, with hands on experience in social compliance audit and IR will be added advantage.
• Experience dealing with employees across various levels, including blue-collar and white-collar populations.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia employment law and HR practices, labour & ethic compliance.
• Min Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Blue collar & Intern) - coordinate postings, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Employee Relations - be first point of contact for HR matters and handle grievances and investigations.
• Performance Management - coordinate appraisals, goal-setting, and reviews, support development actions.
• Learning & Development - identify training needs and coordinate programs, ensure claimability under HRDF.
• HR Operations & Administration - maintain files, contracts, compliance, dashboards, and budgets.
• Employee Engagement & Culture - coordinate engagement activities and recognition initiatives.
• HR Projects - participate in process improvements and HR digitalization initiatives.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.

The incumbent is expected to be operationally strong, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing HR matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

Accounbilities :

1.Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Blue collar & Intern)

• Support end to end recruitment activities for non-executive / Intern position
• Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment needs.
• Ensure timely hiring and positive onboarding experience for new employees.

2.Employee Relations

• Act as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits.
• Handle employee grievances, misconduct investigations, disciplinary actions, and counseling sessions.
• Support line managers in resolving employee relations issues effectively and fairly.
• Support in SEDEX & MSPO as well as FSSC 22000 & Halal Audit

3.Performance Management

• Coordinate performance appraisal, goal-setting, and performance review processes for non-wired employees and new joiners.
• Monitor completion of performance evaluations process for non-wired employees and probationer
• Support line managers in managing performance improvement plans and development actions.
• Assist in implementing performance-based reward and recognition programs.
• Preparing end to end payroll processing
• Support annual salary review, bonus administration, and compensation exercises.
• Administer employee benefits, insurance, medical claims, and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure employee data accuracy.

5.Learning & Development

• Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor training effectiveness
• Ensure all training are claimable under HRDF.
• Support employee development and training matrix .

6.HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
• Liaise with BBS in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotions, transfers, and other HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Update headcount dashboard, manpower statistics, and monthly HR metrics.
  Support in HR budget

7.Employee Engagement & Culture

• Coordinate employee engagement activities, communication sessions, and welfare programs.
• Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
• Participate in employee surveys and follow-up action plans.
• Promote a positive employee experience and company culture.

8.HR Projects

• Participate in HR improvement initiatives and process enhancement projects.
• Support HR digitalization and system implementation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and service delivery.
• Perform other HR duties as assigned.
