Job summary

Shopee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a student intern for forecasting and operations planning support. You will build and maintain Excel-based volume models, analyze data to spot capacity gaps, and create dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy. You will coordinate inputs in PMO-style initiatives and prepare reports for the Operations team and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Current Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with hands-on experience in Excel or similar tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and translating insights into outputs.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication to explain findings to team members.
