Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or sputter process operations is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting process.

Responsibilities

• Perform process characterization for sputter equipment and materials.
• Conduct buy-off by verifying key process input variables (KPIV).
• Monitor key process output variables (KPOV) during production.
