Job summary

PUMA Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sports Marketing leader to shape and execute local strategies that connect deeply with Malaysian consumers through key sports and cultural touchpoints with a focus on running and training. You will build alliances with ambassadors, athletes, teams and federations to establish brand leadership in Malaysia.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive GTM plans, activations, and consumer engagement, while reporting insights to Marketing leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or relevant studied.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sports marketing, preferably with exposure to the running category.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for Performance categories and align with global and SEA initiatives.
• Build and manage a robust ambassadors network with athletes and teams to amplify category storytelling.
• Lead agency collaboration and activate partnerships across digital, social, PR and events.
• Plan GTM activations with cross-functional teams and report insights to the Marketing leadership.
