Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years hands-on SAP or SAP S/4HANA FICO experience.
• Knowledge of SAP FICO and multiple project methodologies.
• Understanding of MM, SD, FI, WM, PP integrations with SAP.
• Experience designing RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of SAP/SAP S/4HANA FICO applications per architectural standards.

About the Role

The Specialist, SAP Applications – Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP and SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions that support DKSH's global technology landscape. In this role, you will deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes that directly enable business performance across the consumer goods and healthcare sectors.

What You Will Deliver

• Lead the development and enhancement of SAP and SAP S/4HANA FICO applications in alignment with DKSH's architectural standards and delivery methodologies.
• Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement end-to-end SAP and SAP S/4HANA FICO solutions.
• Design custom solutions including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to address specific business needs.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing SAP solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
• Support deployment and post-go-live activities to maintain system integrity and continuity of operations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective, sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across SAP applications and related processes.
• Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to bring relevant insights to the team.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in SAP or SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Functional knowledge and practical experience across SAP or SAP S/4HANA FICO and multiple project methodologies.
• Solid understanding of finance business operations and integration with SAP modules including Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Financial Accounting (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Production Planning (PP).
• Demonstrated ability to design custom RICEF solutions and optimize SAP implementations for performance and scalability.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive and structured approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, with strong active listening and comprehension abilities.
• Collaborative team player who can work effectively across functional and technical teams.
