Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge in advanced analytics, data science concepts and scripting languages.
• Ability to translate predictive insights into dashboards for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in procurement and purchasing with strong buying skills.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods/services per service levels and KPIs.
• Define evaluation criteria and drive supplier selection and sourcing options.

Play a key role in transforming procurement through data-driven insights, strategic sourcing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your role

• AdvancedAnalytics knowledge: Fundamental with data science concept, Python or R toclean data, automate workflows, and build basic predictive models.

• DataStorytelling: Translating complex predictive insights into interactivedashboards (using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) for non-technical stakeholders.

• Buyingand procurement skillsets: Experience in the supply chain roles, core buying,hard skills and soft abilities typically in procurement and purchasing.

• ServiceDelivery: Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services in accordance withestablished service levels and KPIs.

• QuotationProcesses: Drive the quotation process by defining evaluation criteria,identifying and selecting suppliers, executing the evaluation process, andrefining and validating sourcing and purchasing options.

• StakeholderEngagement: Manage buy-in from key stakeholders to ensure alignment andcollaboration throughout the procurement process.

• Reporting& Analysis: Prepare and present reports to management, analyzing metricsand projection results to inform decision-making.

• TimeManagement: Demonstrate urgency and deliver tasks on time, even under tightdeadlines.

• ProcessOptimization: Apply and optimize procurement processes, automating wherefeasible, to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Analytical& Problem-Solving Skills: Analyzing data, designing systems,troubleshooting issues, and optimizing technology performance.

• TechnicalSkills: Programming languages (like Python, Java, JavaScript), softwaredevelopment, database management, networking, and cybersecurity.

• InterdisciplinaryCollaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary working groups and project workto gather insights, influence outcomes, and enhance internal processes andprocedures.

• ContinuousImprovement: Recommend process improvements and develop tools aimed atfostering a culture of continuous improvement within the procurement function.

Your profile

• Provenexperience in supply chain management, Information Systems or Computer Sciencerelated field.

• Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informeddecisions.

• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

• Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficientin using procurement software and tools, with a focus on process automation.

• Proficientin utilizing procurement software and tools, including SAP, Excel and tableauto streamline purchasing processes and data management.

• Preferencewill be given to candidates who have programming knowledge
