Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking an Operations and Fusion Center Operator in Cyberjaya to monitor and respond to security incidents that could affect personnel, facilities, and assets. You will coordinate with global security teams and partners to triage incidents affecting operations.

The role is onsite, requires vigilance, and supports the company’s security posture across multiple regions. A college degree is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Respond to global safety and security incidents by receiving, analyzing, and dispatching/assigning response teams.
• Provide continuous monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities 24/7 and respond accordingly to incidents.
• Actively monitor global security threats impacting travel hubs and individual travelers.
• Receive, evaluate, and disseminate incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies.

What you’ll achieve

As an Operations and Fusion Center Operator, you will provide security support and protect Dell assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents that could impact team members, travelers, facilities, assets, and our name brand. You will:
