ENTEGRIS (M) Sdn Bhd in Kulim Hi-Tech Park seeks a Specialist, Administration to support manufacturing operations with administrative coordination, reporting, scheduling, facilities and front office oversight. You will handle travel, visitor logistics and ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, manage office supplies, liaise across departments and help maintain a well-organized, efficient office environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of administrative or office support experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to new software.

We are a US-based multinational company seeking an Specialist, Administration to be based in our Manufacturing plant in Kulim Hi-Tech Park. This role supporting departmental leadership with administrative coordination, reporting, scheduling, facilities and front office oversight, vendor and canteen coordination, and ensuring a safe, compliant, and well‑maintained workplace.

What You’ll Do:

Support departmental managers, especially the Senior Director of Manufacturing Operations Management, with reports, presentations, and meeting schedules.

Handle travel arrangements and visitor logistics.

Manage company stationery and office supplies.

Interface with all organizational levels to resolve administrative matters.

Oversee lobby decorations and front office operations.

Coordinate vendor promotional activities and supervise canteen operations.

Manage locker assignments and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Promote a safe work environment and maintain cleanliness.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
