Hi 5 Sen Development & Training Sdn Bhd in Balakong, Selangor, seeks a compassionate educator to support children with special needs through adapted physical education.

The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong communication, lesson adaptation, and collaboration with therapists. The successful candidate will foster a safe, inclusive environment and engage families in progress updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with special needs.
• Strong understanding of adapted physical education and special needs education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, parents and colleagues.
• Ability to create and adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs.
• Patience and empathy with a genuine passion for supporting development of children with special needs.
• Certification or degree in Special Education, Physical Education, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in behavior management techniques within classroom or activity setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging sports and physical education programs for children with special needs.
• Adapt activities to meet diverse developmental and physical requirements.
• Assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and the educational team.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment for all students during physical activities.
• Collaborate with therapists and other specialists to ensure a holistic approach to child development.
• Maintain equipment and ensure the safety of the sports facilities.
• Promote physical fitness, motor skill development, and social interaction through sports.
