The Weir Group PLC is seeking a Sourcing Administrator in Malaysia to support procurement efficiency through effective data management and vendor onboarding. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to safety and possess strong skills in SAP and Excel.

This role involves assisting sourcing teams, ensuring timely vendor data management, and contributing to the overall productivity of the administrative support team.

Qualifications

• Basic experience or exposure to SAP.
• Strong attention to detail with Excel.
• Good organizational and administrative skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in procurement/sourcing.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors.
• Create and maintain accurate part data in SAP.
• Support onboarding process for new vendors.
• Assist sourcing leads with supplier research.
• Manage technical drawings sharing with suppliers.
• Perform Excel-based tracking and reporting.
