Job summary

DKSH in Kuala Lumpur seeks an IT analyst to support spend management software across source-to-pay processes. You will work with external partners, drive requirements, and transfer knowledge to teams while ensuring governance and efficient use of resources.

You will bring 5–7 years of experience with SQL, ETL, REST-based services, and integration protocols, enabling robust supplier, procurement, and finance workflows within the platform.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience as a Technology and functional analyst in an end-user environment.
• Solid experience in SQL, SQL Profiler, read SPP, views, functions and job scheduler.
• ETL capabilities (flat file import, transformation, loading) with REST-based web services and JSON/XML support.
• Knowledge of Messaging, Integration Protocols, SSO, and API exposure for data sharing.
• Functional knowledge in Supplier Relationship Management, Supply Chain, Procurement and Finance within Source to Pay.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver projects with external implementation partner by driving requirements and knowledge transfer.
• Assist management in operating budgets and resources for spend management initiatives.
• Research spend processes and define user requirements for the platform.
• Support incident handling, service requests for spend management post-implementation.
• Configure workflows, alerts, callbacks, and SQL-based reports for ongoing operations.
• Create and maintain forms, fields, master data, validations, and approvals workflows.
• Coordinate integrations with 3rd party vendors and internal systems.
• Provide status updates on project and operations progress to stakeholders.
