Job summary

Weidun Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing renewable energy team in Malaysia. You will work on design, planning, and execution of solar PV projects across the country, coordinating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and on-the-job training will be provided. You will gain hands-on experience managing the full project lifecycle from bidding to commissioning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Experience with Civil/Building Services design and calculations per local standards.
• Familiar with construction drawings and QC practices.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PV project design, construction quality and progress with the project team.
• Prepare technical proposals, tender documents and technical specifications.
• Review drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers/vendors on technical matters and delivery requirements.
• Provide dynamic management of schedules, personnel and resources to meet deadlines.
• Report task progress to the engineer/project leader.
