Job summary

Pathgreen Energy Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Supervisor to oversee solar PV and renewable energy projects. You will coordinate daily site activities, supervise installation teams, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery while maintaining safety.

You will read drawings, manage subcontractors, monitor progress, conduct T&C, prepare progress reports, and liaise with clients and internal teams. A diploma in engineering and 2 years of supervision experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Renewable/Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project or site supervision experience in solar PV/renewable or construction.
• Able to read electrical drawings and technical specs.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily project site activities to follow the schedule.
• Lead project kick-off meetings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely completion with quality workmanship.
• Ensure all installation works comply with drawings, specs, and client requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, subcontractors, materials, tools and equipment for site activities.
• Prepare weekly work plans and monitor daily progress.
• Conduct testing & commissioning, inspections, and system troubleshooting.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Attend site meetings and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
