Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in solar, electrical, or construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of EPCC solar systems and electrical design.
• Ability to read technical drawings and project plans.
• Good project coordination and communication skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage solar project installation and implementation.
• Prepare project schedules, technical drawings, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams on site.
• Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure installation follows technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to solar system installation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare project reports and update management on project status.
• Assist in testing and commissioning of solar systems.
