Job summary

A leading renewable energy firm in Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Operation & Maintenance Manager (C&I) to oversee the operation and maintenance of solar PV systems. The successful candidate will monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance activities, and provide technical support, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, along with 2-5 years of experience in solar PV operations, particularly within the commercial and industrial segment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in solar PV operation and maintenance, especially in the C&I segment.
• Knowledge of inverters, electrical panels, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of solar PV systems across C&I sites.
• Monitor real-time performance of solar PV systems.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support to clients and technicians.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Prepare performance and maintenance reports for stakeholders.
