Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a skilled Electrical & Electronic Engineer to design Solar PV systems for Commercial & Industrial projects in Malaysia. You will carry out full cycle design using AutoCAD, PVSyst and Helioscope, prepare diagrams and cable routing plans, and conduct site surveys to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Collaborating with Sales, Project and Licensing teams, you will help deliver projects on time while meeting standards.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in Solar Energy Industry will be an added advantage.
Experience in Solar Design software (AutoCAD/Google Sketchup) will be an added advantage.
Able to work under tight schedules to meet deadlines.
Good time management and planning.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Involved in the full cycle of Solar PV system design using AutoCAD, PVSyst, and Helioscope for Commercial & Industrial projects.
Design Solar PV system including Electrical Circuit Diagram, Electrical Switchboard & Control Panel, and Cable routing plan.
Conduct Site Survey to provide a cost-effective solar system and adhere to standards.
Work closely with Sales, Project & Licensing Team to ensure the project is completed on time for optimum performance.
Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
