Collaborate with Business Analysts and service desk teams to understand requirements and craft practical technical solutions. You will work on designing, developing, and testing new features, ensuring code quality, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET MVC backend experience.
• Proficient in JavaScript and Bootstrap 4/5.
• Experience in cloud development.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Familiar with large-scale web services, system internals, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Resolve system issues, troubleshoot problems, and fix bugs.
• Design, develop, and implement new system features.
• Write clean, high-quality code and develop unit, functional, and end-to-end tests.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and business teams to analyse user requirements and propose practical technical solutions or workarounds.
• Support the Service Desk team by handling escalated technical issues, questions, and requests.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
• Contribute to system performance, scalability, stability, and continuous improvement.
