Job summary

Abeam Consulting in Malaysia seeks a versatile IT professional to design, develop, and maintain business applications using SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Dataverse. You will build AI-powered solutions, automate processes, and ensure seamless integration with Microsoft 365 and REST APIs.

You will gather user requirements, implement solutions, provide production support, and deliver dashboards with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain business applications and digital solutions using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365, and related technologies.
• Build, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications, AI agents, copilots, chatbots, and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, and other company-approved AI tools.
• Develop and manage Microsoft Dataverse data models, tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and integrations to support business applications.

• Serve as an ISO Officer and support Information Security Management System (ISMS) implementation, ISO 27001 compliance activities, risk assessments, internal and external audits, security awareness activities, and corrective action tracking.
• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, operating procedures, system architecture documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies, AI solutions, automation opportunities, and digital transformation initiatives that support business objectives.
• Assist the IT Support team with ad hoc operational requests, user support, project implementation, office IT setup, hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and other IT‑related duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• 2 – 4 years of working experience in software development, application development, automation, or digital solution implementation.
• Experience in Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online development, business process automation, and enterprise application development will be an added advantage.
• Experience in AI solution development, AI agents, Copilot technologies, chatbot implementation, and digital transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
