Evolution Wellness Group seeks a Recruitment Marketing Intern to support our Talent Support team in building employer brand awareness and attracting future talent through engaging digital content.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media content creation, university engagement, and talent attraction initiatives, with January and February 2027 intake openings and mentorship from HR professionals.

Formación

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, HR, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Strong interest in social media, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Support employer branding initiatives by showcasing our people, culture, career growth opportunities, and workplace experiences.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar.
• Create recruitment-related posters, videos, and digital marketing materials.
• Capture photos and videos for hiring campaigns, career fairs, campus events, and company activities.
• Research social media trends and propose creative ideas to attract job seekers and interns.
• Support internship, graduate, and recruitment campaigns across various platforms.
• Monitor content performance and provide basic engagement reports.
• Assist in building awareness of career opportunities and company culture through digital storytelling.

Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and connecting with people? We are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Intern to support our Talent Support team in building employer brand awareness and attracting future talent through engaging digital content.

This internship offers hands‑on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, social media content creation, university engagement, and talent attraction initiatives.

We are currently accepting applications for our January and February 2027 internship intakes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, employer branding, or talent acquisition.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable appearing in videos and engaging with employees for content creation.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
