SFAI Malaysia - Tasik Damai Branch seeks a proactive Social Media Assistant to manage daily posts, reply to inquiries and help grow our online presence in Kuala Lumpur. You will create simple visuals using Canva/CapCut, assist with campaigns and events, and collaborate with the marketing team on content for Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.

A customer-service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media platforms
• Assist in creating content for Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Create simple graphics, videos and promotional materials using Canva/CapCut
• Respond to customer/client enquiries through social media, WhatsApp and other channels
• Assist in handling customer feedback and follow-ups professionally
• Support marketing activities, campaigns and company events
• Perform other administrative and ad-hoc tasks when required
