Job summary

TTF Marketing Holdings is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand and produce engaging content across social platforms. You will manage monthly content plans and create, shoot, and edit photo/video content while drafting captions in line with our brand voice.

Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin fluency is required with good English and Bahasa Malaysia to support communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
Fresh grads welcome; prior experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus.
Mandarin fluency required, with good English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency.
Willingness to share ideas and turn concepts into content.
Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and execute monthly social media content plans.
Manage Facebook & TikTok (TTF Group) and Xiaohongshu (TTF Group, TTF Rack & Komada).
Create, shoot, and edit photo and video content for social media.
Prepare basic copywriting and captions while maintaining brand tone.
Schedule and publish social media content.
Monitor and reply to comments and inbox enquiries daily.
Collaborate with sales to create content from customer projects, installations, and success stories.
Keep up with social media trends and develop new content ideas.
