Key Responsibilities

The Social Media Content Creator is primarily responsible for the visual and content identity of Aurorise AI and our client portfolio. You will be the creative force that ensures every brand touchpoint appears legitimate, premium, and professionally executed—eliminating the need for external creative outsourcing.
Key Responsibilities
- Graphics Production
- Social Media Assets: Design daily social posts, carousel graphics, and story templates using Canva that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement
- Advertising Creatives: Produce high-converting ad visuals optimized for Meta, Google Display, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- Brand Systems: Develop and maintain simple, cohesive brand kits including color palettes, typography hierarchies, and visual style guides for multiple clients
- Video Content Creation
- Short‑Form Video Editing: Execute professional edits for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok content with trending formats and platform‑specific optimization
- Caption & Hook Engineering: Craft attention‑grabbing caption hooks and on‑screen text that stop the scroll and drive viewer retention
- Motion & Post‑Production: Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and subtitle overlays to enhance video production value
- Content Operations
- Monthly Content Deliverables: Produce and package complete monthly content packs for service clients, ensuring consistent output and brand alignment
- Digital Asset Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain systematic file structures for all creative assets across cloud storage systems
- Content Calendar Management: Maintain, update, and coordinate content calendars to ensure timely publication across multiple client accounts
Requirements
- Platform Mastery: Daily proficiency in Canva for graphic design and CapCut (or similar: Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot, Final Cut Pro) for video editing
- Content Intelligence: Deep understanding of short‑form content styles, trending formats, platform algorithms, and what makes content perform across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Portfolio Evidence: Demonstrated work samples including edited videos and sample social posts (personal projects, freelance work, or academic assignments acceptable)
- Aesthetic Sensibility: Strong eye for visual composition, color harmony, typography hierarchy, and brand consistency
- Deadline Discipline: Proven ability to manage multiple content deliverables simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
