Private Advertiser is seeking a Social Media & Community Marketing Executive to manage our social channels, coordinate content, and build active online communities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more. This role keeps our presence lively, engages audiences, and supports content planning.

You should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong English and Chinese writing, and the ability to coordinate with designers, editors, and internal

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in social media management, community management, content marketing, digital marketing, or user engagement.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Groups.
• Understanding of Malaysia social media trends, local culture, and audience behaviour.
• Ability to write clear captions and community messages with engaging content.
• Strong coordination with designers, video editors, KOLs, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and other platforms.
• Plan and maintain weekly/monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors, KOLs, and marketing team to prepare content.
• Write captions, short posts, community messages, announcements, and campaign updates.
• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms.
• Monitor comments, inbox messages, mentions, tags, user feedback, and community discussions.
• Manage online communities across WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Groups, and other platforms.
• Create community engagement activities such as polls, topics, reminders, and user reactivation messages.
• Support campaign launches by posting updates, FAQs, and promotional messages.
• Collect user feedback, community insights, content performance data, and competitor references.
• Track follower growth, reach, engagement, enquiries, active members, and campaign responses.
• Ensure all communication follows brand tone and platform guidelines.
