Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage platforms, create engaging content, and support digital campaigns. The role emphasizes growing online communities, aligning with branding, and analyzing performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms.
• Basic picture or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms (e.g. Facebook).
• Schedule and publish content according to the marketing calendar.
• Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments or messages when required.
• Assist in planning and creating engaging social media content, including captions, images, and short-form videos.
• Coordinate with designers and marketing team to produce campaign materials.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Monitor audience engagement and interact with followers professionally.
• Support community-building initiatives to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare basic performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics.
