VML, a global creative company, seeks a senior social media leader in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth and lead influencer marketing strategy. You will partner with senior clients, design social-first campaigns, and scale partnerships with platforms and creators.

The role requires 7–8+ years in social/digital marketing, agency experience, and strong leadership. A hybrid schedule is offered with four days in the office weekly.

Qualificações

• Experience: 7–8+ years in social media, digital marketing, or influencer relations (4+ years in an agency).
• Commercial acumen in agency models, pricing, profitability.
• Proven track record of leading and winning high-value pitches.
• Ability to translate business challenges into social-first campaigns.
• Strong leadership to guide a multi-layered team under tight deadlines.
• Excellent English presentation and persuasion skills; Mandarin/Bahasa Melayu is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business growth and new social media pitches for major clients.
• Serve as strategic partner to senior client stakeholders (CMOs, Marketing Directors).
• Drive upsell/cross-sell of social and influencer offerings across the client roster.
• Develop and refine partnerships with platforms and creator networks.
• Set training and culture initiatives for the social team.
