Job summary

ZUS Coffee is seeking a digital content coordinator to support social media across Instagram, TikTok, and additional platforms. You will help plan, create and publish engaging content that reflects the ZUS Signature Coffee identity.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and maintain the content calendar. The role emphasizes storytelling, trend research, and community engagement to grow the brand's audience.

Qualifications

• Plan and produce social media content across multiple platforms.
• Create captions and storytelling aligned with brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social media content across Instagram, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.
• Develop creative content ideas, concepts, captions and storytelling that align with the ZUS Signature Coffee brand voice and visual identity.
• Assist in producing short-form content including Reels, TikTok videos, photography, graphics and social media posts.
• Support the development and maintenance of the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
• Research social media trends, cultural moments, competitors and emerging content formats to identify opportunities for the brand.
• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and in-store activations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, outlets, designers, photographers, creators and external partners to support content production and campaign execution.
• Support KOL/influencer and creator initiatives, including research, coordination and content tracking.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic social media reports and insights, including engagement, reach, views and audience growth.
• Assist with community management, including monitoring comments, messages and audience feedback where required.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities to strengthen ZUS Signature Coffee's brand presence and customer engagement.
• Ensure all content and marketing materials are aligned with the brand's tone of voice, visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Support other ad-hoc brand, marketing and content projects as required.
