Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1–3 years of hands-on hardware platform experience.
• Fundamental knowledge of SoC platform architectures and hardware setup.
• Basic scripting or programming knowledge for platform/HW automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform setup and configuration to support validation readiness.
• Conduct platform maintenance to keep systems operational and available.
• Support BKC deployments and validation readiness across hardware and software.
• Perform board-level rework and component replacement as required.
• Triage hardware and system failures, escalates to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track issues and resolutions.
• Manage lab inventory and hardware assets to ensure availability.
• Drive process improvements in platform management and lab operations.
