Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot new programs.
• Manage and update component part data.
• Generate and manage feeder setup sheets.
• Analyze performance data to optimize cycle times.
• Monitor placement defects and implement corrective actions.
• Work on new product introduction focusing on DFM reviews.
• Respond to and resolve machine errors.
• Train SMT operators on operations and troubleshooting.
