Calibre Events Solution Sdn Bhd at IOI Damansara Mall is seeking a Product Consultant (Smartphone) to assist customers with product information, demonstrate devices and tailor recommendations based on preferences.

You will handle sales transactions, stay current on promotions and stock availability, keep the display appealing, and collaborate with the team to achieve store targets while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in consumer electronics or telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of smartphone brands, models and specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach to meeting sales targets.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Professional appearance and flexibility to work retail hours.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages advantageous.
