Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work weekends/public holidays.
• Fluency in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate smartphone features and specifications to customers.
• Provide expert product knowledge and tailored recommendations.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and close sales.
• Maintain attractive product displays and up-to-date promotional materials.
• Upsell and cross-sell to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
