Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd in Batu Pahat, Johor is seeking a Sales Promoter for smartphones. You will actively engage customers, share product information and highlight features, benefits and specifications.

You will contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets, maintain attractive displays, build relationships with customers, and provide after-sales support. Stay informed about promotions, pricing, product launches and document sales activities and transactions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Promoter, retail assistant or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of smartphones, mobile tech, features and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building customer loyalty.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic retail environment.
• Professional appearance and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer literacy; familiar with POS systems.
• Fluent in English and Malay; additional languages are advantageous.
