Job summary

Calibre Events Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Promoter to professionally represent smartphone products at IOI City Mall Putrajaya. You will engage shoppers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide suitable recommendations to help achieve personal and store targets.

The role offers a competitive salary up to RM5,000 with commission, 6 days a week retail hours, and training. You will gain product knowledge and support customers with after-sales guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics sales is an added advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and presentable.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent and promote smartphone products at assigned retail locations
• Engage shoppers, conduct product demonstrations, and provide suitable recommendations
• Drive sales results and achieve personal as well as store targets
• Ensure product displays, stock visibility, and brand presentation standards are maintained
• Build and sustain strong working relationships with customers and retail staff
• Offer basic device setup assistance and after-sales support
