Job summary

ANJ ENGINEERING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site construction activities in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. You will supervise site personnel, coordinate trades, and ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong knowledge of Malaysian building codes, ability to read drawings, manage safety protocols, and maintain documentation. You will report to the project manager and liaise with clients and subcontractors to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site teams and coordinating trades.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs and building codes.
• Strong safety mindset and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• Proven track record in managing on-site operations and delivering projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all site activities including labour, equipment and materials.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Monitor work quality and progress against schedules.
• Maintain site records, timesheets and daily reports.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and subcontractors.
• Inspect work for compliance with specifications and codes.
• Manage safety protocols and risk assessments on site.
• Order and track materials and equipment.
• Train and mentor site personnel.
• Report progress and issues to senior management.
