Olive Design (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee landed and condo renovation projects across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, ensuring that designs from 3D and 2D drawings are faithfully built on site.

You will collaborate with designers and contractors and see projects through to handover. If you are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute, this role offers real responsibility and growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma and Degree holders are a plus.
• Able to read basic 2D drawings (training provided).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or English.

Responsibilities

• Manage landed and condo renovation projects in KL and Selangor.
• Oversee daily on-site construction and renovation activities to ensure works align with approved drawings, project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to coordinate site operations and work sequences.
• Conduct regular site inspections, track progress, and submit daily/weekly reports and logs.
• Manage site documentation, including permits, as-built drawings, and handover processes.

You will oversee landed and condo renovation projects across KL and Selangor, ensuring that the designs shown in the 3D and 2D drawings are properly built on site. Key responsibilities

Manage landed and condo renovation projects in the KL and Selangor area

About you

Fresh graduates with the right attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Minimum SPM qualification. Diploma and Degree holders is a plus point.

Able to communicate in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, or English.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites in KL and Selangor.

Able to read basic 2D drawings.(Training will be provided)

Comfortable working on site and coordinating with workers and subcontractors. (Sometimes you will get sweaty when working on site)

Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation. Willing to use AI to improve efficiency in work.

Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently. (We dont like to micromanage you)

Basic understanding of construction or renovation work is an advantage (A-Z training will be provided).
