What you’ll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction, installation and finishing activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Liaise closely with the design team, contractors and clients to address any issues or challenges that arise during the project implementation phase
• Monitor work progress, quality and safety compliance, and provide regular updates to the project manager
• Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, and ensure their timely delivery to the site
• Collaborate with the team to resolve any design or technical problems that may occur during the project
• Ensure adherence to all relevant building codes, regulations and safety protocols
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior site personnel to develop their skills and capabilities

• Thorough understanding of interior design principles, construction techniques and project management
