Bumantara Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking qualified Site Supervisors and Site Engineers for our project in Simunjan, Sarawak, focusing on C&S, Architectural or M&E disciplines. Candidates must be willing to work full-time at the project site.

Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, reading drawings, coordinating with subcontractors, monitoring quality and progress, and ensuring compliance with project documents and schedules.

Qualificações

• Certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction, Building, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience, preferably in construction projects.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building, Construction or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction/site experience preferred.
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate daily site activities.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities according to approved drawings, specifications and work programmes.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship and quality of works.
• Coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project personnel.
• Identify site or technical issues and coordinate appropriate solutions with the project team.
• Ensure works are properly planned and carried out according to the required sequence and schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure completed works comply with project requirements.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure materials are available according to the work programme.
• Maintain relevant site records, progress reports and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines on site-related and technical matters.
• Support testing, inspection and commissioning activities where applicable.
