Job summary

S.H. BUTTERWORTH ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Butterworth, Malaysia to oversee factory building construction projects. You will coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and manage subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a solid understanding of safety and quality controls on-site. Travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• SPM, STPM or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction administration or project support.
• Experience in factory building construction is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
• Familiar with safety procedures and quality control.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
