Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Project Site Operation Supervisor to lead and train construction workers on site, ensuring operations run smoothly, quality standards are met, and costs are reduced through hands-on process improvements. Experience with piling works is advantageous.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a similar role, strong knowledge of operations principles, the ability to work independently, and willingness to work shifts, long hours, and six days a week. Own transport is required.

Qualifications

• Previous site operation supervisory experience preferred.
• 2–5 years in a similar role or higher.
• Good working knowledge of operations principles and policies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifts and long hours.
• Bored Piling Work experience is an advantage.
• Team leadership required.
• Own transport is a must.
• Six-day work week: Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train construction workers on site.
• Ensure on-site operations meet project plans and quality standards.
• Monitor site activities and report to the Project Manager or senior managers.
• Resolve problems encountered during site operation processes.
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives through process improvements.
• Undertake any other duties as instructed by Management.

Supervising and training construction workers

Hands-on experience implementing operational processes to reduce costs.

Execution site operation works as planned by Project Manager.

Ensure quality and standards are met during operation works

Monitor and report on site activities to Project Manager or other senior managers as required.

Capable in solving problems encountered during site operation process.

Undertake any and all other duties and Responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.

Requirements and Skills

Previous experience as project site operation supervisor or similar role.

2-5 years experience in a similar role or higher.

Good working Knowledge of operations principles and policies

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated with good interpersonal and able handle the whole operation.

Able to work shift and long hour when required.

With Bored Piling Work experienced added as advantage.

Team leadership.

Must possess Own Transport.

6 days working day (Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm)
