Job summary

Dexcom Inc. is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Malaysia (Penang) to lead day-to-day security operations. You will supervise the contracted guard force, oversee access control, and coordinate with Facilities and HR to ensure a safe, compliant workforce environment.

You will conduct daily walkthroughs, manage incident response, and develop security plans for events, incidents, and audits. This role requires 3+ years of frontline security leadership and active involvement in security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years managing security personnel or contracted guard forces.
• Strong understanding of physical security operations and CCTV.
• Proven ability to coordinate with Facilities, HR, EHSS, IT, and external responders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, guard force, lobby, patrols, and access control oversight.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding of contracted security staff and ensure training compliance.
• Manage on-site emergency response, incident leadership, and liaison with law enforcement, fire, and EMS.
• Coordinate security staffing for events and post-event debriefs.
• Conduct security walkthroughs and safety inspections of lobbies, parking, interiors and exteriors.
• Review CCTV/access logs for investigations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain logs, pass-downs, training records, badge management, and audit documentation.
• Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly security reports with KPIs, staffing, risks, and actions.
