Job summary

GREEN PLUS CONSULTANCY (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor to oversee safety induction, OSH compliance, and incident investigation on site. You will promote a safe workplace for staff and contractors, review safety documentation, and carry out duties assigned by the site in charge.

The role requires a Diploma in OSH, a valid Yellow Book with DOSH, and CIDB Green Card with NTSP, plus 3–5 years of SSS experience on TNB projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health is required.
• Valid Yellow Book registered with DOSH is required.
• Valid CIDB Green Card and NTSP are required.
• At least 3–5 years of experience as an SSS on a TNB project.
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible and a team player.
• Own transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safety induction for new site staff.
• Ensure workplace and site staff comply with the OSH Act and related requirements.
• Inspect, investigate and rectify unsafe acts, accidents and conflicts.

Job description

• Conduct safety induction for new site staff.
• Ensure workplace and site staff comply with the OSH Act and other related requirements at all times.
• Inspect, investigate and rectify any unsafe acts, accidents and conflicts at the workplace.
• Practice and promote a safe workplace for all site team and contractors.
• Prepare and review all documentation related to safety & health and adhere to deadlines.
• Carry out tasks given by the employer or the person in charge at the site regarding safety and health.
• Conduct regular safety meetings with the superior and subcontractor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields.
• Have a valid Yellow Book registered with DOSH.
• Have a valid CIDB Green Card and NTSP.
• Have at least 3-5 years of experience as an SSS in any TNB project.
• Good in interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player.
• Have own transportation.
