Job summary

CCIE Engineering 诚聘现场安全主管，负责施工现场的职业安全与健康管理、隐患排查与合规执行。

要求持有马来西亚工地安全主管“黄皮书”官方资格证书，具备消防设备检查、事故调查及安全培训经验，以确保现场符合 AKKP 1994 法规及下属指令的要求。

Responsibilities

• 全面履行现场安全员岗位职责，对工地安全管理工作负直接责任。
• 每日检查并维护消防设备，确保可在需要时投入使用。
• 对所有设备检查与安全排查进行书面记录，形成合规文件。
• 组织并开展安全培训与工具箱会议，监督承包商遵守法规与指令。
• 教育一线工人遵守相关法律法规，正确佩戴 PPE，纠正不安全作业行为。
• 每天进行现场安全与健康巡查，及时识别隐患并留存记录。
• 遵守AKKP 1994及下属法规、指令，排查并消除不安全状态与行为。
• 执行安全管理相关的临时任务与改进工作，确保无安全隐患。
• 持续落实安全管理要求，确保现场安全与合规。
• 响应公司分配的其他安全管理相关工作。
• 确保作业流程符合相关法规的要求并参与事故后续调查。

Core Responsibilities 核心工作职责

• 1. Fully fulfil the responsibilities of a Site Safety Supervisor and be directly responsible for site safety management. 全面履行现场安全员的岗位职责，对工地安全管理工作负直接责任。
• 2. Inspect site fire-fighting equipment (e.g., APAK small fire extinguishers) daily to ensure they are in good working order and readily available, thereby ensuring basic fire safety. 每日对工地消防设备（如小型灭火器APAK）进行检查，确保设备状态完好、可正常投入使用，保障基础消防安全。
• 3. Maintain complete records of all equipment and safety inspections, creating traceable compliance documentation for auditing and incident tracking. 对所有设备检查、安全排查工作进行完整的书面记录，形成可追溯的合规文件，用于审计与事故追溯。
• 4. Plan and conduct occupational safety and health inspections at the construction site, covering the entire work environment, equipment, processes, and other aspects of the construction site. 规划并开展施工现场的职业安全与健康专项检查，覆盖全工地的作业环境、设备、流程等环节。
• 5. Responsible for accident site management, conducting accident investigations, assisting occupational safety and health officials in preparing complete accident reports, and cooperating with follow-up investigations by regulatory agencies. 负责事故现场的管控，开展事故调查工作，并协助职业安全健康官员撰写完整的事故报告，配合监管部门的后续调查。
• 6. Organise and conduct "Safety Toolbox Meetings" as planned, provide safety briefings to the work team, and supervise contractors' compliance with all regulations and instructions of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. 按计划组织开展“工具箱安全会议（Tool Box Talk）”，对作业班组进行安全交底，并监督承包商遵守职业安全与健康局的所有法规、指令。
• 7. Educate frontline workers on occupational safety and health related laws and regulations, guide and supervise workers in the correct wearing and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and correct unsafe work practices. 向一线工人宣贯职业安全与健康相关法律法规，指导并监督工人正确佩戴、使用个人防护装备（PPE）， 纠正不安全作业行为。
• 8. Conduct daily safety and health inspections of the construction site, promptly identify safety hazards, and maintain inspection records. 每日开展施工现场的安全与健康巡查工作，及时发现安全隐患，并做好巡查记录。
• 9. Strictly comply with the company's and regulatory agencies' safety and health management regulations, and be responsible for identifying and eliminating "unsafe conditions" (e.g., equipment hazards and environmental risks) and "unsafe behaviours" (e.g., violations of operating procedures and failure to wear protective equipment) at the construction site. 严格遵守公司及监管机构的安全健康管理规定，负责排查并消除施工现场的“不安全状态” （如设备隐患、环境风险）与“不安全行为”（如违规操作、未佩戴防护装备）。
• 10. Perform other safety management-related tasks assigned by the safety and health supervisor. 执行职业安全与健康官员交办的其他安全管理相关工作。
• 11. Continuously implement safety management requirements to ensure that the construction site is always free of safety hazards and violations. 持续落实安全管理要求，确保施工现场始终无安全隐患、无违规作业行为。
• 12. Respond to any work assigned by the company and complete other ad hoc tasks related to safety management. 响应公司随时提出的相关工作安排，完成其他与安全管理相关的临时任务。
• 13. Ensure that all work processes strictly comply with the requirements of the Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 (AKKP 1994) and its subsidiary regulations and directives. 确保所有作业环节严格遵守马来西亚《1994年职业安全与健康法（AKKP 1994）》及其附属法规、指令的要求。
