Job summary

Safar247 Asia Pacific is seeking a Safety Officer to develop and implement safety policies in alignment with OSH and FMA act. You will monitor compliance, prepare reports, and coordinate with management on safety improvements across sites and HQ.

Qualifications

• Valid Yellow Book holder registered with DOSH.
• At least two years of site experience in safety and administration.
• Good writing and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Familiar with OSH and FMA act, regulations, and ISO practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies in line with OSH and FMA act and company objectives.
• Review legal compliance and keep management informed of changes.
• Conduct safety meetings, audits, and site inspections; prepare corrective actions.
• Maintain Emergency Response Plan information and coordinate with subcontractors on safety training.
• Submit Monthly Safety Reports and Safety Statistics to DOSH and HQ.
