Job summary

Airswift is seeking a qualified Safety Supervisor to oversee on-site safety programs in Malaysia. You will enforce safety measures, conduct inspections, and lead emergency response planning to keep projects risk-free.

The role requires 2–5 years in safety supervision, a relevant degree, and certifications such as First Aid/CPR. Strong communication and decision-making in high-pressure environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related safety field.
• 2–5 years of experience in safety supervision or similar.
• Solid knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all safety activities on-site and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Enforce safety measures across all project phases.
• Ensure work areas are hazard-free and safe.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement risk mitigations.
• Provide safety briefings and training to teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage emergency response plans and maintain equipment.
• Submit permits to work and ensure uninterrupted on-site progress.
• Lead emergency drills and ensure preparedness.
