Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable systems in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with software teams to ensure reliability and performance by design.

You will implement automation and monitoring, participate in 24/7 on-call rotations, and drive secure, compliant infrastructure to support rapid growth and ML data processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 3+ years in SRE/Systems/Software engineering.
• Proficient in Python, Go, C++, or Java with shell scripting.
• Strong Linux knowledge and open-source tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable systems.
• Develop automation to maximize efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor performance and address bottlenecks to ensure reliability.
• Support 24/7 on-call rotations with blameless post-mortems.
• Implement monitoring with SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and alerting.
• Uphold security practices and regulatory compliance.
