Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to support large-scale data platforms in a 24x7 environment. You will oversee incident, problem, and change management as part of ITIL processes and work with diverse business and functional areas.

The role requires deep experience in big data ecosystems, Spark, Kubernetes, and monitoring tools like Grafana. Collaboration, reliability, and proactive problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a major services organization with data or production oversight.
• 2+ years in supporting big data solutions or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, problem, and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage 24x7 production support including incident, problem and change management.
• Maintain and troubleshoot environments with dashboards and monitoring (Grafana).
• Set up and monitor alerts and dashboards from an SRE perspective.
• Coach and mentor staff to build technical skills and teamwork.
