China Communications Construction (ECRL) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an on-site assistant to support the Construction Manager, project engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth daily operations at the job site.

You will coordinate material deliveries, maintain site cleanliness, and assist with documentation and daily logs. The ideal candidate holds at least a civil engineering-related qualification with 1 year of construction experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
Mandarin or English proficiency; Mandarin preferred.
Willing to learn and work on-site.

Responsibilities

Assist the Construction Manager, Project Engineers, and subcontractors in all project aspects to ensure smooth daily operations at the job site.
Coordinate material deliveries, handle returns, manage waste disposal, and maintain site cleanliness.
Assist the Construction Manager with documentation, record job modifications, and maintain a daily log of site activities.
Support the site management team in monitoring and managing the operations team.
Follow all safety instructions at the job site and promptly report any accidents or rule violations to the site management team.
