Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and oversee project and site operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will read specifications, plan construction activities, supervise workers, and ensure safety compliance.

You will also coordinate with clients and consultants to achieve client satisfaction and support the Operations Manager in maintaining quality and facilitating tests and inspections.

Qualifications

• Active Yellow Book Holder required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and schedule the activities of workers on project/site operations.
• Read specifications to determine construction requirements and planning procedures.
• Examine equipment and sites to ensure health and safety requirements are met.
• Supervise construction sites and coordinate work with other projects.
• Maintain relationships with Client/Representatives and consultants to achieve client satisfaction.
• Assist Operations Manager to coordinate all trades at site and ensure quality of works and witness tests/inspections.
• Attend safety, site and technical meetings as required.
