Job summary

Valeo, a leading global automotive technology company, is seeking a Management Controller for Site Management Control in Malaysia. The role covers monthly closing, detailed financial analyses, weekly performance reporting, and KPI tracking, with involvement in budget and MTP processes, internal controls, and Group-wide tool deployment.

You will interact with Statutory and Taxation Managers, SSC, and local auditors, ensuring accurate reporting and compliant financial governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Ability to explain variances vs budget and N-1 analyses.
• Experience with KPI reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and understand monthly closing.
• Provide analysis of monthly results to management and explain variances.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and KPI dashboards.
• Contribute to Back on Track actions and corrective measures.
• Assist in budgeting and MTP processes, including templates and recharges.
• Develop or implement standard management control tools.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses as required.
• Address inter-site transfer pricing and R&D recharge queries.
• Conduct on-site management control reviews and ensure workflows.
