Work with Service Desk, EUS, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, warehouse operations, and site stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end resolution of operational issues. Support patching, vulnerability remediation, access control, compliance, business continuity readiness, and other IT governance activities for warehouse technology services. Identify recurring problems and drive preventive actions, service improvements, standardization, and reliability improvements for warehouse operations. Participate in onsite, after‑hours, on‑call, or business‑critical support when required to maintain warehouse operational continuity.
